On April 20, the DPJ launched a video broadcast channel which will utilize the video streaming sites USTREAM and YouTube.

The channel, MNN (Minshuto News Network) will introduce the first ever English broadcasts by a Japanese political party, broadcasting news about the activities of the DPJ government, the Japanese Diet, and the party itself both domestically and worldwide
