On the morning of November 30, DPJ President and Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda had a leader’s talk with the President of the People's New Party Shozaburo Jimi. They signed an agreement of cooperation for the upcoming 46th general election of the House of Representatives, to be officially announced on December 4.
